Independent study/mysore style M-F beginning at 6.30 am. Tue, Thu, and Sat, at 9.15: Guided class.
Troy has been practicing asana for over 20 years. A former teacher at Richard Freeman's Yoga Workshop, Troy has taught in Seattle since 2003. He's a former competitive high diver who doesn't so much use props as he does tools. He's open to all styles and all students. For more info about Troy, check out his website!

*What is 'Independent Study'? It's a chance for you to practice your own style, whether it be Iyengar, Anusara, or traditional Ashtanga. You can arrive any time after the 6.30 am opening time and practice as much or as little as you'd like at your own pace. You can come with a fully-formed self practice or come and develop one together with Troy's help. During Independent Study, Troy assists students with their practice, offering physical adjustments, sequencing advice, or extra challenge as needed.
